Minimum hospital room & board is RM90 and up to a maximum of RM600 for each employee.


Minimum overall annual limit is RM20,000 and up to a maximum of RM300,000 for each employee.


GTL policy provides a comprehensive life protection s per the list below:

  • Death (All causes)
  • Total permanent disability (TPD) (All causes)
  • Partial permanent disability (PPD) (All causes)
  • Terminal illness (TI)


Additional optional protection can be added-on to the GTL policy as per the list below:

  • Accidental death and disablement (ADDI)
  • Additional critical illness (ADCI)
  • Accelerated critical illness (ACCI)


Minimum protection is RM50,000 and up to a maximum of RM500,000 for each employee.


Group Hospitalisation & Surgical (GHS)

  • All full time and actively at work employees, directors, partners and proprietors in occupational classes 1 to 3.
  • Extended to dependents (spouse and children).
  • Children aged 19 - 23 must be a full-time student.


Group Term Life (GTL)

  • All full time and actively at work employees, directors, partners and proprietors in occupational classes 1 to 3.
  • Not extended to dependents.


Minimum 3 employees and maximum 200 employees. Special pricing applies if more than 200 employees.


Minimum entry age:

  • 16 years old for GTL and GHS.
  • 15 days old for GHS (Dependents children)


Maximum entry age:

  • 64 years old for GTL and GHS.
  • 23 years old for GHS (Dependents children)


Maximum renewable age:

  • 69 years old for GTL and GHS.
  • 23 years old for GHS (Dependents children)


Expiry age:

  • 70 years old for GTL and GHS
  • 24 years old for GHS (Dependents children)


Yes, all benefits are applicable worldwide and 24 hours a day.


However, if the insured member chooses to or is referred to be treated outside Malaysia by the attending doctor, the hospitalisation and surgical benefits payable will be based on the reasonable and customary and medically necessary charges for such an equivalent treatment in Malaysia. The transportation cost to the place of treatment is excluded.


Yes, change or upgrade of plans can be done upon the policy anniversary/ renewal, subject to approval. It will be applicable across the same employee category.


A pro-rated premium shall be refunded for any employee resignation.


A pro-rated premium will be charged when a new employee joins the company after the policy commencement date.
